I would highly suggest bugs.kde.org as well the kdepim mailing list -- that's 
where the pim-specific developers hang out, I highly doubt any KDE devs spend a 
lot of time in a distro-specific user list.

many more capable eyes would see this in the bug tracker or the kdepim mailing 
list
