First of all, it is kubuntu.org, not dot com, even if there is a redirect.

I don't see a search capability to be a standard feature at all, there
are mayn websites without that.

Also, you are once more asking a question in the wrong place, the
Kubuntu-users are not the ones who make the website, that would be
kubuntu-devel

Please make sure to give a valid rationale why this should be made.
