problem with kde

there is a problem with qtcurve theme of gtk in several programs. And alsow
I wanted to say about vlc player: there is a blinking of the screen in
fullscreen mode when you moove the mouse. and there are less video settings
then in one of the previos versions (I dont remember in wich distro this
good version was in mint9 or ubuntu ultimate 2.7)
