Moving task bar and panel

Jon, Paul,
Thanks so much for the help! I'm actually using both (screen on the right,
auto-hide) to help gain some more space on my laptop screen.
The "Screen Edge" label is a bit non-intuitive (at least to me). It
might be better to offer some sort of instructions if you hover over
the option because I really didn't know what it meant or how to
utilize it. Just my less-than-two-cents.
