here's the ~/.kde/env folder
$ ls
gtk2-default-theme.rc.sh
$ vim gtk2-default-theme.rc.sh
#!/bin/bash
# Make sure our customised gtkrc file is loaded.
export GTK2_RC_FILES=$HOME/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4
See the ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4 file
$ vim ~/.gtkrc-2.0-kde4
include "/usr/share/themes/oxygen-gtk/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
And here's the ~/.kde/Autostart folder
za at zara:~/.kde/Autostart$ ls -l
total 0
Would it be the problem is cause by this oxygen-gtk?
