Printing and Printer Applet broken after latest updates

Does anyone at ubuntu actually use kubuntu for real work? Seems to be
a regression of

systemsettings(5403)/python (plugin): Failed to import module
systemsettings(5403)/kcontrol KCModuleLoader::loadModule: This module
has no valid entry symbol at all. The reason could be that it's still
using K_EXPORT_COMPONENT_FACTORY with a custom X-KDE-FactoryName which
is not supported anymore
Even the cups web interface is non functional now.
