Problem when my KUbuntu computer starts

I get the same message (running 10.10  and XFCE instead of KDE)

But it is a one-time occurence.  If you start up Kmail again (a 2nd time)  you 
will not get the message.

However, if you boot a lot....  it may be too much of an inconvenience to go 
through all that.
