The folder you visit doesn't really matter, the point is that some config file
is now likely owned by root and as such dolphin can't access it anymore.
Basically dolphin now just doesn'T know what to do with directories anymore so
it defaults to doing nothing.
The command Nils posted is pretty safe, you can't do any real damage with it.
Just execute it and see whether the problem vanishes.
