Minor icon issue

Since upgrading to 11.11, I find that the LibreOffice icon on my KDE panel
won't display properly.  I just get a small representation of a white sheet
of A4 with the corner turned up.  If I go into 'icon settings', the correct
icon appears in the window when I run my mouse over it, and if I select it
from the sub-window from the icons shown it also seems to be installed
correctly, but then when I exit this the icon reverts to just being a white
rectangle.

Anyone else see this?  And is there a solution?  ... Not that it's a mega
issue - just faintly irritating.
