Webdesign in Kubuntu: what best to use instead of "Quanta Plus"?

I loved Quanta but alas it appears to be forever dead. I have switched
to NetBeans with the PHP extension and it is doing very well for me.
You wont find a PPA for it, though, so you need to download it from
their site: http://netbeans.org/downloads/ and be sure to pick the one
with "php" marked.
