after upgrading to KDE 4.8 I get this error:

Dialog's title: "GnuPG-error-KGpg"

Error-msg: "GnuPG failed to start.
You must fix the GnuPG error first before running KGpg.

Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

What is the right path?
