Kubuntu Council Elections 2012

Hi All,

I really wish to put forward my name, Although, I am a user of kubuntu
from 7.04, but because I have recently joined kubuntu lists so dont
know if stand some chance.

Can I participate in this Elections?

Anyone? I am sure some are scared off this might be a lot of work
(which it is not), but it is also a marvelous way to contribute
without necessarily being a developer.
