compiling VICE

Ha! I was just assuming I needed to compile it myself to get Ethernet 
support (yes, there are Commodore 64 ethernet cards...), but the version 
in the repo works fine. Looks like hell (plain old X-style widgets for 
the menus), but I can live with that.
