Urgent. How to get Kompozer or alternative for Kubuntu 12.10???!!!

Check for Nvu which was an updated version of kompozer, it may still be available but as was mentioned seamonkey has it built in. Kompozer is pretty much just the editor part as a standalone program.

As to mint, they are still based off of 12.04, aren't they?

Just tried it, and it didn't work.  I received a message saying it wasn't located.

It is still listed in the Mint repositories, however.
