Nvidia settings 100hz tv

Hello,
First i had a Ati Radeon 9200 with s-video, now i have a Nvidia 6200 with s-video to my tv.My tv is 100hz, how do i set the X Server settings to 100hz?The 60hz is not a option, the screen is too blurry.In Windows there was no trouble with the 100hz and it worked perfectly even with the Ati Radeon 9200 who wasn't supported with Linux by Ati anymore.I don't want to go back to Windows but if the screen isn't going better i do.I hope someone can tell me.
