Cannot see emails

This did not help as said before. I have 2 POP3 and 1 IMAP account, all 
affected, which seems something internal on the laptop, rather then on server 
side

First, I'd like to keep on LTS versions only, also I agree with Nils that the 
KDE version on 12.10 is the same, so should not make difference.

What happened is that I left the laptop for about 2 hours, then restarted. 
Kontact works again.  I beleive that it was related to different messages 
missing the chance to be sorted out by Akonadi (or else?) thus disabling them 
in Kmail.
