[kubuntu-users] Where Is Simplified Chinese Language Pack for Kubuntu 12.10?

I installed Kubuntu 12.10 on my machine, but why I can`t find
Simplified Chinese language pack neither in Control Panel nor in
Synaptic? However Traditional Chinese pack has been available.
