problems with 13.4 and multiple monitors

Ya, I had these problems too until I switched to Sabayon KDE Linux. Now I
don't have any problems and you don't even have to update every 6 months or
4 years. It is a GREAT system but not for the Linux newbie. I point is that
the problem is not with linux or KDE but with Kubuntu. I don't know what
the answer is though. Perhaps there is a permissions problem with saving or
reading the settings info?
