Indeed, it was our automated spam blocking system. We underwent a period of 
sustained attack some time ago and implemented a number of measures to reduce 
the crap, not to mention the burden on the administrators. I was chatting with 
another admin earlier and I believe we've got your access sorted now. Welcome
