4.10.1 : nepomuk still unreliable

Crossed-fingers, but it all seems to be working now. File content search seems 
to be a 100%.

Email searching - 95% there I think, still checking some odd results.

One thing: I have to restart the nepomuk-feeder resource in akonadiconsole on 
boot because it doesn't initially recognise that nepomukserver has started.
