usually with intel GPUs the only drivers are the open-source ones included
with distros, Intel has a big hand in the open-source drivers, they work
closely with that.

P.S. I have a 5 year old laptop with a GMA 4500 MHD that still (somehow)
barely works, but don't expect stellar graphics performance with GMAs.
