My laptop started to have heat issues a few months ago, but I tracked it down
using a temperature monitor widget and to see the idle temp and watched it
climb as I did my normal things until it froze and crashed. I powered it off,
then found out my canned air was empty, so I pressed my mouth to the vent and
blew. A stream of dust shot out the other vent all over my second display.
Powered it back up and the idle temp stayed low and did not climb much under
load. Have not had a crash in months.
