Something I often do is to paste the entire "We are sorry" message
into Google, especially if that sorry message has any kind of
technical details in it.

My new 64 bit laptop had frequent Firefox crashes with a "We are
sorry" message relating to add-ons, and it turned out that disabling
hardware acceleration in Firefox was my solution. Hopefully this
troubleshooting page will help you find your solution. (:
