Kubuntu is not working with the battery in the laptop computer

Good afternoon,

I come here to inform you that I've made progress:

1st installation of Kubuntu - without battery

2nd installation - just with battery

3rd and last installation - with battery and charger (simultaneously)

After several tests I came to realize that the problem is not the battery,
but when I disconnect the dvd/optical external drive from computer.

That is, when I use the computer with battery and dvd drive (no battery
works fine either way).

I thought it was to have the drive connected during installation (defined
at startup/boot), once installed the OS from a DVD, then updated the Grub.

Not solved, also researched on Google a way to try to disassemble the unit
(unmount), but apparently is not so linear.

I will continue to search in search of a solution, I accept suggestions.

Vim informá-los que fiz progressos:

1ª instalação do Kubuntu - sem bateria

2ª instalação - só com a bateria

3ª e última instalação - com bateria e carregador (simultâneo)

Após vários testes vim a perceber que o problema não é da bateria, mas sim
de quando desconecto o cabo da drive de dvd/óptica externa do computador.

Ou seja, quando uso o computador com bateria e sem drive de dvd (sem
bateria funciona bem de qualquer das maneiras).

Pensei que fosse por ter a drive ligada durante a instalação (definida no
arranque), uma vez que instalei o SO a partir de um dvd, então atualizei o
Grub.

Não resolveu, também pesquisei no Google uma forma para tentar desmontar a
unidade, mas pelos vistos não é assim tão linear.

Vou continuar a pesquisar em busca de 1 solução, aceito sugestões.
