If you want to set KDE to another language, have a look at the KDE System
Settings -> Region and Language and add Spanish to the list, it should then
propose the installation of the Spanish language packages for KDE.

Mind you: language changes will then only apply to KDE programs after a
restart of the desktop, non-KDE tools (Firefox or LibreOffice for example)
have their own set of language packages.
