Use http://picpaste.com/ and send a link. Perhaps it's allowed to
attache pics to mails to this list. You can't send pics inline by
plain text mails, but you could attach them. However, it's common to
paste a links instead of attaching pics. Some lists reject mails with
attached pics, at least pics that have a huge size. There might be
better pages, than picpaste, search the web if you dislike it.
