I have not pulled the sink off the atom, but the box is "lox clean", I
opened it up & gave it a 100 psi D & C 3 days ago. For a box thats been
sitting on a shelf 6 feet up in a workshop for about 18 months, it was
amazingly clean when I pulled it down and uncovered it.
2 Fans, one in the front of the shoebox, and one in the bottom of the
ATXP4 supply are both working normally. Further disassembly will be
required to get at the motherboard to service the sink or to reseat the
laptop style memory if it doesn't pass memtest+. The sink is not hot,
just warm, possibly 110F in a 70F environmment. I have an IR
thermometer, so I'll double check that.
Thanks Nils.
