Right-click and select "Alternatives". There's something similar for the
task manager, but you have to have few enough apps running that there's
a blank area on the right (between the task manager and the system
tray). Clicking there and selecting "Alternatives" allows you to
customize the taskbar (Icons-only, Task Manager, Window list).
