Upgrade to Kubuntu 16.04 LTS had issues

Any upgrade can be bumpy, ideal it would have no issues. Ubuntu and the
other flavors also made the move to systemd from upstart so they could have
similar issues but we also moved from KDM to SDDM as well so it's not
getting enabled as a service in systemd.
