Lubuntu 1404-2 LTS, installed on an HP dv5120us lappy, where is hotkey editor?

Greetings;

A thread on the debian list gave me a hint as to how to fix a 14 year old 
problem with my now elderly but still working, HP dv5120us lappy.

But before I can apply it, I need to find the hotkeys editor in the ldxe 
menu's.  Anybody know where that is?
