Time server setting disappeared in Kubuntu 15.10

Hi

in the regional settings I set the time to be set automatically but
there's no way to choose the time server...

since in the log I see

Timed out waiting for reply from 91.189.94.4:123 (ntp.ubuntu.com)

it is quite crucial to be able to set the time server...

any clue please?
