Good advice from Clay. In addition, there was someone in the #kde-neon
IRC channel who was running `sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get
upgrade` rather than what is recommended:

`sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade`

which caused packages to be held back.

Also, there is a Neon forum, and a Neon user Telegram channel. This
list does not offer support for Neon; just Kubuntu. Kubuntuforums has
