issue was can you hear us

well I do have one issue.   my 16.4 can't find one of my scanners drivers 
worked perfectly on previous versions (Epson Perfection V600) other 
scanners work fine, when I need to use the Epson I dual boot into an older 
version and it works fine, save into file that can be read by 16.4  makes 
no sense and I have tried downloading the drivers from Epson and 
installing several times..  other scanners an HP and a NIkon work fine.???
