Yes, I turn on the computer about one hour after I get up in the mornings.
Anyway, changed manual location to a detected location and the app notes
59,86 degs by 17,63 degs now.
Will see by tomorrow if it did anything.
If it doesn't, I'll try the short versions instead, ie 59 degs by 17.
If that doesn't help either, I'll just live with the annoyance or try
Redshift or similar instead if possible.
