the bugzilla is on its way out.  So sooner than later all the Ubuntu
bug reports will be in Malone instead of the bugzilla, and in the
meantime don't expect any new "features" to appear in the bugzilla.

some of the laptop bugs are marked with the keyword "laptop"; see for
example  https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/show_bug.cgi?id=14791

not sure if its of any use, but it has been done in the past.
