Dapper flight 1 on HP NC4200

Hello

I just tried to install Dapper on a HP NC4200 and I discovered that the
bootstrapping is real slow :(
Also it seems that there are some hardware resetting problem, I canceled
the installation and could not boot up in Breezy, before I booted
Windows and rebooted the machine from Windows.

If anyone who has a NC4200 could confirm this it would be nice.
