coming back from suspend/hibernate

Hi all,

When I come back from suspend/hibernate it takes me to a blank screen, I
then have to move my mouse and I get a password to unlock the screen. Is
this correct behaviour? What I would like is a password dialogue
straight away to unlock the screen. I think this should be default
behaviour, as it is annoying to get a blank screen: it means that I
can't tell when the computer is back from hibernate/suspend.

any views? If this is not considered correct default behaviour, is there
any way I can set it?

Matt
