Which package is responsible

Hi,

I want to report a bug, but I didn't know where.

I use a iBook G4 and when I push the Power-Off Button the logout dialog
appears. 
But since I use dapper this dialog appears twice. but when I choose
"logout..." from the menu everything is fine. 

How i can find out, which programs react on the poweroff button.
