It's unlikely that the wiki will be upgraded to Moin 1.5 before that
version is in Ubuntu stable. But for the time being, you can try
installing the Moin desktop edition[1] and editing your page offline
using the WYSIWYG editor, then copying the code to the Ubuntu wiki.

On the other hand, a better system all round for laptop testing perhaps
involving a web interface, would be very welcome, I'm sure.
