migration from Bugzilla to Malone

With today's migration from the Ubuntu Bugzilla to Malone for Ubuntu's
bug reports,  all our bugs now have new bug numbers and new URLs,
which means that all our laptop testing reports probably contains URL
for bugs reports that need to be changed.

The recipe to get the new Malone report from an old Bugzilla bug
number for a specific bug is:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugtrackers/ubuntu-bugzilla/$BUGZILLA_ID


Another way is to go the bugzilla bug report (they are still there,
but read-only), then you will see near the top a link that points to
the new launchport URL for that specific bug.
