Daniel Stone's comment in that bug report is that it was a seed
problem with Flight 1.  Since it seems to be still there for you with
Flight 3 (was it  a fresh reinstall of Flight 3?), I think you should
re-open the bug.  Currently it is marked as rejected, and thus will
likely never be look at again in that state.
