Toshiba Tecra (A4) Solution

For those experiencing Ethernet connectivity issues with the Toshiba
Tecra A4, see the wiki page

'Restoring Network/USB (Dapper)' for instructions on how to fix the
problem. This -may- be applicable in some form to other Toshibas and
basically involves updating the BIOS and possibly using a boot option to
allow updating to the latest kernel.

Thanks goes to mjg59 for working with me on the issue and getting to the
root of the problem! Hope this helps some others out there.

(Note: This also restores USB)
