Hibernation issues after Breezy->Dapper update

Hi,

Recently (a couple weeks ago anyways) I upgraded from Breezy to Dapper
on my laptop and hibernate stopped working properly.

I have a compaq presario 2100 and my problem is this:

It hibernates and resumes fine - but after resuming:

1. All Audio is muted (master, pcm, headphone, etc.)
2. both network drivers are not loaded (I have to manually modprobe to
get them back up)
3. gnome-screensaver starts kicking in regardless of my activity. the
screen will fade and I have to unlock it and then restart it so it
stops going every 10 minutes.

I've been updating every day in hopes of some of these things going away.

I'm just wondering if its as a result of some sort of residual
configurations from breezy.
