Updating someone elses laptop wiki page

Hi all.
I'm about to bring an armada e500up to the latest breezy, check it
against the wiki page and then dist-upgrade to dapper.
Thing is i haven't been able to contact the owner of the wiki page [1],
so i have 2 questions:
1. can i just update the page without contacting the orig author?
2. its got hoary and breezy columns - do i add a dapper one, or remove
the hoary one?

oh, while i remember.
how does one move a wiki page? by mistake i called my laptop page [2]
but it needs to have an "evo" added to the title like [3]
