enable debugging in kernel

All right!
this is my situation: I tried suspend (which means suspend to ram) and
it is working. The only thing that goes wrong is when I reboot after
the resume. At the end of the process I see a line
[123434.2133] Rebooting system
but then the system does not reboot.
I've also opened a bug report and I would like to help!
I have an asus laptop, M6Ne.
