If you have the original WindowsXP CDs -- or at least your
manufacturer's restore CDs -- then I presume the easiest thing would
be to reinstall XP over everything on your disk.

Of course, before selling anything with hard drives in it, I would
recommend making sure that all of your data has been securely erased.
