To ~99% of people, everything they can see on Launchpad should be 
obvious without resorting to documentation. When that's not true (and 
it's often not true at the moment), that's a bug that should be fixed, 
rather than a reason to write documentation. We'll probably start 
writing help for the remaining ~1% once we're doing a decent job 
handling the ~99%.
