Unmove column from right to left

As I mentioned before, the scroll bar is on the left, and the pages at
launchpad never will fit into just one screenfull. So I have to travel
longer to get to the left menu. This is a pet peeve with gmail too,
for me.

As for the overflow issue, isn't that something that can be fixed by
using CSS to prevent such overflows?
