In this specific case, the guy included an HTML link in his comment. Do
you know if he used the email interface to post the comment? There
/could/ be a bug there (parsing the HTML portion of an email that
includes an HTML version) but I would like to confirm first before
digging into code -- it may be the user just typed in the <a>.
