Translations in Rosetta

Hello,


Some quick questions about translations.

How, and how often is translations exchanged between Dapper, and main
package in Rosetta? Does  it go both ways..?

Is there some way to force the synch?

Wich package is best to translate? Dapper or main?

The reason is that i see norwegian Dapper packages wich is weeks old
wich is not synched with main package, and it is too bad if it gets
translated twice... (Maby it's only me that doesn't know better :-)
